PAYPAL uses the latest online security. When making a purchase with Me & My Doll, you will be re-directed to the PAYPAL secure shopping area to ensure total securty for your online transaction.

How To Order

Adding items to your Shopping Cart
Adding items to your Shopping Cart - Browse through the website and click on a product image for more detailed information. On most items, you have a size option. Select the size you would like to order and click on the "add to cart" button. If you want to add more items to your shopping cart click the "continue shopping" button.

Pre-Order Items
If you would like to pre-order items that we are currently waiting delivery of, please follow the same procedure used for all general orders.

Your Shopping Cart
You can review the items in your shopping cart after items have been "added to cart". To amend the quantity: change the number in the "Qty" box. Select the "update" button to update the cart and this will update your order. To delete an item from your Shopping cart: click the "delete" next to the item you wish to remove. Click the "update" button to update your order before proceeding to the checkout. When you are happy with your selections, click the "Go to Checkout" button and complete your contact, delivery and payment details.

Checkout - Contact & Delivery Details
Our checkout will prompt you to sign-up, login or Check out with Paypal.

If you are a new customer you may wish to sign-up with Me & My Doll and create an account. Enter your contact and delivery details in all the fields marked with an asterisk(*). Please make sure your email address and phone number are correct. Once complete please select the "submit" button. After completing your Account information will be taken to the Me & My Doll Shop home page and you will be logged in. You may click on the pink "Checkout" link in the upper navigation bar to continue to checkout.

If you are a returning customer you may log in to Me & My Doll, and will need to confirm the details on the Delivery Information page and proceed to the Payment Information pages by clicking the "Continue to Checkout" button.

If you do not wish to create and account or log in, you may proceed to Check out with Paypal. Once complete please select the "Review Payment" button.

Order Confirmation and Payment
It is important that you confirm your order. If you have progressed through the Delivery Information and Payment Information pages please check your order and payment, address and shopping cart details carefully. When you are satisfied with the information, please select the "Confirm the Order" button. As a final check, make sure you Review you Payment, them proceed by clicking the "Pay Now" button. You will then be re-directed to the Me & My Doll website.

If you have a PAYPAL account you may choose to use your account to proceed and pay for your purchase.

Delivery & Shipping


Delivery Within Australia
Registered Post (Signature Required)
Goods will be delivered in approximately 7 working days. For deliveries within Australia postage and handling are calculated based on the total weight of the parcel. A signature is required upon delivery and tracking is generally available at least two (2) days after shipment.

International Orders
Currently we are only shipping to United States of America, Canada, United Kingdom and New Zealand. Goods will be delivered in approximately 10-15 postal working days. For international deliveries postage and handling are calculated based on the total weight and location. Upon arrival in the destination country the parcels are distributed by the local postal services. Please note that occasionally customs inspections may also delay delivery by a few days.

Important: If your order has not been delivered within the specified times please contact us via email to obtain your postal reference number. You will need to quote your invoice number to ensure prompt service.

The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise". We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a "gift", even if order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient. For further information, it may be necessary to call local customs offices to gain further details.

Late Deliveries
If you are trying to estimate when a package will arrive please consider the following: Credit card authorisation and address verification must be received prior to processing. Orders placed after midday will be downloaded into the system for the following day therefore not processed that day.

All pre-orders must be order and paid for in full online. We will then notify you by email regarding the delivery date of these items.

Stock Availability and End Dates
If an item you have ordered is out of stock online, you will be unable to order the item.

A receipt is required as proof of purchase on return items.  We are happy to provide an exchange, gift voucher but only on items are faulty and unworn.

Returns by Mail
Please enclose your receipt and merchandise within 14 days of receipt of the goods, in a box and mail to:

Send the parcel back to us using registered mail. Please allow two weeks from the day you return your package for your exchange. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges.
